When Frontier Airlines cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund under their policy, which applies to all ticket types. This means that even if you booked a non-refundable ticket, Frontier must issue a refund if they cancel your flight or significantly change your schedule. However, if you are the one cancelling, the rules are more restrictive. Non-refundable tickets are eligible for a refund only within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight is more than seven days away. After this period, you may receive a travel credit instead.
